Had purchased the pieces from Madisound.com for this project but wanted to change up the default speaker,
(since everyone that built the box and used the Fostex full range driver ended up adding external tweeters on top).
Being an old Kef fan mainly due to the point source tweeters decided to go with Seas coax of the same, plus support the motherland.
Anyway it was a well made kit/flatpack and was very happy with the way it assembled.
Did take advice of some at the time to stuff the first couple bends with fiberfill.
They are a joy to listen to and have a sound different then all other speakers in the collection, the way they impact you is unique due to the Horn.
The last pic was several years ago and they were powered by a Rotel 971 fed by a modded Yamaha R-S300 to provide post volume signal out.
The hanging 'width' speakers are 1980's ADS L400 powered by the Yamaha R-S300 and below is a JBL 10" sub
(edit; the 'width' speakers used a Niles passive volume control at '3 notches' down as the Rotel had no gain control.)
Yes they are a bit expensive compared to any Parts Express kits but well worth it in my view.
