Ergonomically arranged transceiver controls are centered about a large, tactile and weighted VFO. The Main knob is enhanced with the MPVD; Multi-Purpose VFO Outer Dial which controls the sub receiver VFO, clarifier, VC-Tune RF Preselector, VFO fine tuning and a user defined Custom Selection function.
Each function of the identical Main (A) and Sub (B) receivers have separate independent front panel controls; AF and RF gain, Shift, Width, Notch, Contour, Digital Noise Reduction and APF.
Dual LED push-buttons comprise the Active Band Indicator for each receiver, enabling effortless and rapid independent band changes.
