Feature request: Support for accelerometer data

It would be great to have accelerometer support. Most audio interfaces accept accelerometer data just fine. Would be cool to have the m/s^2 scale (e.g. for finding housing resonances) in the SPL plot and the possibility to calibrate in the measurement.

I know it is a lot.

I have heard rumors you are retiring soon from your day job and want to develop more. If there is something I can do to help... Money, programmers, testers? Let me know.

I retired at the end of 2018. We moved house at the beginning of November so that has consumed, and continues to consume, a lot of time. I will be spending more time on REW from January.

Then the rumors were partially true. If you need help… Is opening up the source and accepting input from other devs and or an API an option for you?
