Feature request: RTA

Hi John,

thank you for all of the work you put into making and updating REW.
I find my self using the RTA feature of REW more than any other feature and one thing
that has annoyed me is the frequency scale.

I typically use the RTA in 1/3 octave mode, but the frequency scale always stays the same
regardless of what octave mode you are in.

A very nice feature would be if the frequency scale would change to match the RTA mode
that you are using and that the bars of the RTA would line up with the 1/3 octave frequency
scale.

12.5 , 16 , 20 , 25 , 31.5 , 40 , 50 , 63 , 80 , 100 , 125 , 160 , 200 , 250 etc.

Also the ability to have a target curve in the RTA would be very nice.

You can load any measurement (or import a text file as a measurement) to act as a target curve, the first trace in the RTA legend is the currently selected measurement.
