Hi,

I have been looking to export some measurements that I have taken of my system as .wav files so I can use them in other software. However, There is no way of keeping the measurement information in the exported file. Details such as date, time, frequency-range and data offset may be useful so that the wav file can always be traced back to a particular REW measurement. Would it not be useful to store details of the IR in the metadata of the exported file?

Thanks

Tom

Yes, it would be useful, but Java doesn't provide any support for setting the metadata of the WAV files it generates so it isn't trivial. It's on the todolist though.

Hi John, All understood, glad it's on the todo list. Will be looking out for the future change.

Thanks

Tom
