EQ parameters to Amarra mapping

Hi, total newbie here. My question is, regarding the EQ parameters, is there a reference about which all of them mean and how to map them to the names which are used by Amarra sQ+?

Any idea which one is what?

REW's EQ filters are 2nd order biquads, they probably correspond to "Presence" with Order 2 in Amarra. Boost = Gain.
