Hi all.
'Wondering if anyone knows whether the performance results would be different from exporting an EQ file from REW, then importing to MINIDSP, versus keying the results in manually?
Why would I go through the trouble, you ask? Well, I'm thinking that my old MINIDSP is only capable of 6 filters if I export from REW and then import, but actually capable of 10-15 if I'm manually doing system-wide EQ, depending on how I wire it.
But am I losing performance in my effort to gain more filters?
Does the exported file contain more info and create better adjustments than just keying in the frequency, Q, and gain?
Inquiring mind wants to know!
(Pics for attention. Created from an old set of tests I did).
