If you want flat response in REW RTA - use pink noise and RTA mode, or white noise and spectrum mode. You can use pink noise with spectrum mode, but keeping in mind that "flat" is actaully -3dB/oct slope.

Hello,
To finish this subject "Pink noise or white noise" very discussed, I will make various RTA measurements, once with pink noise and once with white noise.
