It would be helpful if you told us what kind of PC you have and what input/output capability it has... My first thought is PC USB to RME for REW output sweeps and PC USB to UMK1 for room response input to REW...

You say "My mixing set up has no inputs." How do you add material to your mixing setup? .wav files? If you want to include your mixing software in the signal chain, you can use the REW Generator function to create the sweep tone and save it to a .wav file you could play through your DAW while getting input to REW via the USB connected UMK1...
