Hello everybody .
I'm almost ready for my first measurement but first I have to ask you about the connections, I don't want to do any damage.
I have an E-mu 0404 usb sound card and a marantz 510 amplifier.
I'm not sure how to make the connection between e-mu sound card and marantz amplifier.
do you need a jack(6.3)-to-RCA cable?

The 6.35mm jacks are separate for each output, supporting balanced and unbalanced connections, so you would need two unbalanced TR 6.35mm jack to mono RCA cables to use those. The 3.5mm connector marked "Main" is a stereo output so you could use a 3.5mm stereo to two RCA cable from that.

It doesn't matter which you use when going to an RCA input.
