Hi all, excited to be embarking on a new level of tuning of my sound!
Having an issue and wondering if it matters.

Running windows 10 on Dell XPS 13 and UMIK 1 and followed all the prep setup steps to configure etc.
Connected out of headphone jack to RCA's into the V-Aux on my Yamaha RX-A1040
When I run a sweep to measure there are a few "click" sounds in the audio. Does this matter? Any suggestions on eliminating?

Yes, it matters. Typically caused by interruptions in the audio data. If you are using ASIO drivers try increasing the buffer size. Other cause can be process activity causing REW or the audio drivers to be suspended so long that they run out of audio data, or sometimes WiFi interfaces. Try disabling WiFi and close other programs that may be active in the background.
