I think im nearly there..
The first problem i has was a blip in the readings for non reference speakers during measurement of them.. This gave incorrect time delays.. Only by overlaying and going into impulse could i see the real delays..
Due to the small cabin of a car i wonder if i should measure front right speakers right side of headrest, and left side of headrest for the left speaker... i just notice a slight shift in the soundstage after entering in the dsp

Your timing reference is only really valid for measurements from a single position, measuring from a different position is equivalent to moving the reference. Best using centre headrest.
