C50 measurement from imported audio file

Hello,

I have a class 1 sound meter and microphone I am using. I would like to get the C50 from this. Do I need to use a cal file?

How does it get calculated from an imported audio file?

Are there any other helpful tips?

Cal files don't matter for C50. If you already have an impulse response as a WAV file you can use Import impulse response in the File menu and the clarity metrics will be calculated for it, otherwise make a measurement.

Another question for the C50 calculation... does this work if the trigger is loud white noise played and then stopped from an omni-directional sound source?
