Audio Interface RT60 Transparency

i have a MOTU M2 audio interface and room measurement software REW EQ
i connect the output of the audio interface to the input of the audio interface directly to know how transparent is audio interface
i run the measured and find using RT60, the audio interface itself has got some delay in low end.
is it normal to have delay in RT60 in audio interface itself ?

That's not from the interface, it's from the fractional octave filters. There is an explanation in the help, under the RT60 controls section.
