Arithmetic shows additional gain +3dB

Made two measurements. These are electrical measurements at the speaker terminal - the goal was to capture the transfer function between the two.
For some reason, the end result shows an additional +3dB on the graph. I tried A / B and |A| / |B|. Both give the same result.
