Apple Halts US Sales of Some Watch Models

Stunning that Masimo was able to "win" this case against Apple... at least for now. They're the 500 lb gorilla in the room.

This is gong to end up with a settlement. Hopefully Masimo turns around and pours that settlement money into home theater tech!

Masimo must be pretty brave to go up against Apple, who might be the equivalent of King Kong. 1.25 billion in revenues vs almost 400 billion in revenues.

I did not realize Sound United had a parent company.

per the news, Apple will stop selling at 3pm ET today.

"The Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Apple Watch Series 9 will no longer be available to order from Apple’s website in the U.S. after 3 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 21. In-store inventory will no longer be available from Apple retail locations after December 24."

If you are getting, can try amazon till they run out..
