Allow 96 PPO Log Spacing doesn't get applied to some measurements?

If I open the attached sequential channel measurements with Allow 96 PPO Log Spacing on, it gets applied to the first 3 measurements, but not the 4th from the "SR" channel. I have some other measurement files of the same sequence of channels that exhibit this as well. Any reason why? Just a bug?

Because of this check mentioned in the help:

Note that conversion to 96 PPO is inhibited if the impulse peak is far from the impulse zero time, where "far" means the peak is offset from zero by a time that corresponds to more than 90 degrees of phase shift between samples at the measurement end frequency. This is to prevent aliased phase data at high frequencies which would lead to incorrect group delay figures.

The measurement will still be converted to log spaced if you smooth it, however, using a phase smoothing process which deals with delayed peaks.

Why didn't I check the help?! Leave it to me to read it all multiple times, not remember what it says, AND occasionally forget it even exists. Thanks.
