7.2 Home Theater Receiver

A friend of mine wants to update his 7.2 home theater receiver since his present one died.
He checked amazon and saw the below with 6 hdmi with high reviews..
He wants more hdmi inputs but from searching, most if not all of the various receivers have 6...
Any thoughts on the below? or any other brand/model, you can recommend instead that maybe better?

Any of those would be fine. I would have him look at the features of each and see if one has any features he wants vs. the others.

There really aren't any bad receivers out there these days as long as you don't need a lot of power for your speakers.

Does he need more than 6 HDMI inputs?

Thanks Sonnie, with all the various hdmi units (blu ray, gaming systems, streaming devices), the more hdmi the better but looks like the majority have 6 hdmi... I will relay the details to him.
