360 degree Offset phase and minimum phase

I seem to be ending up with a ~360 degree offset between my measurement and minimum phase calculated. How can I bring them together?
Or what am I doing wrong?

That's odd. Can you email the mdat file for the measurement to feedback@roomeqwizard.com? You won't be able to attach it yet as you don't have enough posts.

Thanks for sending the file. The measurement has had its phase unwrapped, with the cursor (which sets the reference point for the unwrapping) at or below the start frequency for the measurement. If you use the Wrap phase action you'll get a trace lying between -180 and 180, then if you need unwrapped phase put the cursor at 1 kHz (say) before unwrapping.
