2 x RME fireface UC

Dear John,
I am on OSX 10.13.6 with latest REW build.
I do have two RME fireface UC audio interfaces.
In the "output device" and in the "input device" panels I can see and select any of them, but in the "output! and "input" panels I can select only one interface, even if I selected the other:
