Is this normal for EQ Window graph?

I am a novice at REW, but have been diligently trying to learn about it from the Help file and numerous you tube videos. I have a decent handle on taking measurements and am now ready to move to setting of crossovers, alignment, and EQ, I have been trying to follow and replicate one of OCA's videos on aligning subs and main speakers. I was moving through his process when today I downloaded the latest beta version v5.40 beta 129, when it seemed like the following problem started: the EQ window graph is grayed out for frequencies below 20 and above 100 (see below). I have tried everything, including uninstalling REW and reinstalling. I have taken new measurements. I have reset all EQ filters, I have looked for ghost house and room curves to remove (none found). Nothing I do seems to restore the EQ graph to eliminate the grayed out freq ranges. My questions: is this a problem and what can I do to correct it? Thanks!
