All Pass Filters and Group Delay

I did a quick search and did not find an answer. I am looking for a way to apply an all pass filter and see, in real time, the changes in group delay.

Is this possible?
 
You can select the group delay graph in the EQ window to see the predicted effect of filters on group delay.
