Well I tested with another AVR the only thing I did not take out of the loop was the iNuke Amp.. could that go bad as to not have the bottom end? But on the iNuke it has 2 channels and I did test the other channel and I have the same problem.. so I am just at a loss as to what could be wrong here?

I was thinking maybe I am suffering from a balanced, unbalanced issue? would that cause low db in the low end?

Well I would imagine the one thing you could use is would be the SPL Meter. that way you can have a before db reading and after.. that is one thing I can think of that might be useful to you..
