Update - Problem solved! Windows 10 automatically sets the playback at 32 bit / 384 kHz for the Brooklyn DAC. Once the playback resolution is changed to a setting that REW is capable of using (16 bit / 192 kHz) the JAVA driver works properly. Thanks again EarlK for providing the Mytec...
