Is the moving of the mic during measurement considered to be a better method? Or is the jury still out on that?

Thank you John, When I think about it, would it be possible to run two REW instances one configured with each of the two Mics? That should ease the confusion after initial setup which will be a bit confusing with importing right cal files to right slots :D Thanks, seb

Ok. After setting up proper test they came very close indeed. What is interesting is that in 90' mode the wind cover makes about 5db difference to UMIK-1 when in normal mode it is more or less transparent acoustically. I am happy to proceed with my measurements :). Thank you John for your help...
