Hi everyone!
I'm measuring Ambisonic plugins via REW. I'm using the program's measurement system, sending the signal to Reaper via a virtual cable, and it returns via a virtual cable.
Currently, I'm using two channels, but I don't understand the reference input and reference output channels. I...
Hello world!I'm using REW to measure plug-ins using Reaper. The problem is that I need to measure 16 Ambisonic channels sequentially, and at some point between measurements, it stops and don't restart. An admin previously sent me a patch to fix this. Has it become unusable due to updates?
The...
I get it. In the SPL actions window, there's an option to export. Does that option export the RIs without any corrections? Or at least time corrections, but with the applied filters?
Hello how are you?
Actually, more than one question, it's two, or perhaps an entire concept.
I'm taking measurements on an Ambisonics system (8 channels up to now). So far, I've taken some measurements and noticed they're pretty aligned once I use the EQ tool. Does this tool also phase-align...
Hello!
How could I combine the REW and Reaper programs?
I am working on a 16-speaker Ambisonic system where I do the finest calibration in distance to the center of the system in Reaper with the ICST plug in (Zurich University) placing the necessary delays on each speaker.
If I want to measure...
Hello!
Is there somewhere where the program says the measurement delay?
I would like to know how to be able to adjust the delay time from a plug in.
And also know if the program calculates the distance in meters from the speaker to be measured to the microphone.
Greetings!
Hello!
The impulse response that I export from the generated filters low the original signal by 2db (regardless of the db of the target level)
How can I adjust the filters so that the signal does not decrease?
So I don't have to level the signal when using impulse response

I ended up doing the measurements one by one, but I would need the practicality of sequentiality.
Speaking of practicality, is there a way to export all the impulses without the silence prior to the impulse? Configure something to export everything starting from the first spike.
