Problem solved. The I/O in the settings in Console App (Universal Audio Apollo's standalone app) were not set up properly.

I've used REW in the past and never had any issues. I loaded it a few nights ago again and it worked perfectly fine. Then I tried it last night and got all the following problems. . 1) The level calibration does not seem to be reading accurately. What was 83 on my volume knob a few nights...
