issues

I just received my 2 last JTR speakers (Noesis 210RT) and realized 1 of them seems to have an issue. I tried different XLR cables, input on the AV and amp, audio cable, Swapped the left and right speaker... the same speaker seems to have issues with some frequencies (mid if I am correct) and how...

I have recently run into an issue where my Roku Premier+ will blank out on and off (black screen for 3-4 seconds) and eventually gives me a purple screen that says HDCP 2.2 error... I then have to unplug the HDMI cable from each end, unplug the Roku, re-plug everything and it will work properly...
