Hi John,
I have a question regarding EQs.
When I made a series of polar measurements, I placed EQs on the 0° measurement.
I want to apply exactly the same equalization to all the others.
I haven't found a way to do this, can you help me?

Hi John,
Almost all the measurements I've made over the last 10 years have been at a sample rate of 48 kHz.
I searched and finally found a few made with a 44.1kHz sample rate, and these are imported into HFD without any problem!
Good to know...

Hello John,
Thanks a lot, it works perfectly!
But I'll get there much quicker by using REW's EQ functions, which are really remarkable, and by transferring their parameters to the Hypex crossover settings...
Thanks again!

Thank you John,
But is it possible to "recover" existing files?
Attached is the text file of the curve I posted.
Otherwise, for future measurements, are there particular settings to use in REW?

Pascal
Hello everyone,
I recently purchased two Hypex FA503 plate amplifiers, and I'm having problems using the HFD software.
This software allows you to import IRs in text format.
But when I look at the imported curve in the filter design, I see a curve identical to the one measured, but the...
Hi John,
I'm currenty using a laptop running Windows 10, REW v5.20 beta 24.
I've just purchased a Behringer UMC24HD audio interface, and I'm unable to find the proper settings to work it, and to make the calibration.
Can you help ?
Regards
Pascal
Hi jtalden,
Maybe there was a difference in the measurement conditions : one of the measurements could have been made with 1 sweep and the other one with 4, explaining the noise difference, but I'm not sure.
I do not understand the rest of your message, can you be more specific ?
Pascal
Hi John, and thank you for the quick reply.
The transducer I'm working on is the 8NM610 from 18 Sound. It has its own closed rear load :
Concerning the measurements I sent to you, both have been done in exactly the same conditions (amplifier, B&K microphone, audio interface) :
So the...
I never encountered any problem with those settings before.
I attach the mdat for both measurements.
To appreciate the temporal behaviour of a mid driver, which settings would you recommend ?

Hi John,
I measured a mid transducer in october 2018 (outdoor half space measurement), and I did exactly the same measurement last week.
As you can see, the frequency responses are exactly the same :
Hereunder the waterfalls :
As you can see, the waterfalls are completely different...
Hi,
I'd like to work with CEA 2010 tone bursts. I am not interested in spectral analysis, but in displaying the time record of the DUT.
I just want to visualize the shape of the response signal.
Is it possible to do this with REW ?
