I'll try that. I thought I did choose Direct when I was playing around with it, but I will try again, thank you.

I have a umik-1, a new Dell Windows 11 laptop and a Denon X2700h. I have all the drivers and settings set and cables plugged in, but then I go to check the channels, I can't get discrete speaker test tones. 0 and 1 work okay as L and R, but after that, all the other channels are all the speakers...
