John, I used a different lap top, a mac. Didn't have any issues. I thank you for tolerating me. Lol. Great software and I have only scratched the surface. Now that the subs are in good shape. Do i rerun audessey or lesve it the way it was before I used your software? Thank you, Mike

I did the upgrade. And now the input signal from the mic is too low. Is there a way I can talk to someone to walk me through this?

I plugged the usb from the microphone in the usb port with metal around it in my laptop and it works. Do you have a tutorial on how to proceed or should I just go you tube. I was told home theatre gurus has some good videos.

Nothing.

I do not have a mini dsp yet. Just looking for the readings. From what I read you cannot dsp / eq a null. Just looking for whats going on with my room and possible sub woofer placements.
