Totally not comparable, that's like asking if a Boeing 747 is better then a Toyota Corolla.

For DLBC you need the LX805, that is for now the only Pioneer device with it.

Better to use the computer, then the Dirac/Pioneer app from what I’ve heard.

Yes, that should be possible But I guess almost nobody would use that since Dirac is considered better by most.
