Solved the problem. I disable Super Shield from PCMatic and REW installed. Thanks so much for your help. :)- Word Count: 18

REW Beta 41 installation anomalies
Have same issue with windows 10, but on steroids. Can't install latest REW due to permissions issues. Even if I run it as an administrator ... and this is on 2 different laptops.- Word Count: 32
