What caught my attention most was the implementation of Claude in the Trinnov processors. That is going to be a game-changer if there ever has been one.

All I can say about Emotiva is, "IT'S ABOUT TIME!" ... Their correction system was about as bad as it gets. I wish miniDSP would roll out an ART version... would love to try it out.

I know it doesn't have Auro3D, but it does have optical input and 16 XLR outputs.

The optical out would be on the interface, not the headunit. But, I'm not seeing any interfaces for the CRV that would drop right in the factory amp location for a standard system, so your high-level input would be the route.

What vehicle? I use the PAC interface for my Ford (which uses factory connections that would normally connect to the removed factory amp) and run the PAC's optical digital out into the miniDSP. PAC, NAV-TV, and mOBridge make them for just about any vehicle.
