the top right button in MiniDsp was muted. wow!!

Guys, I am banging my head against a wall trying to hook up Minidsp 2x4hd. Hoping someone can help me. I have watched Home Theater Gurus and Home Theater Gamers instructional videos on YouTube. I can't get any sound from subwoofers. I believe I have initial presets correct following above links...
