Thanks, the issue was not enough was being passed to the monolith sub (compared to say a truehd Atmos stream). I think this is because it is only Dolby digital plus on Atmos streams, I think this is about how my amp process what is to be sent to the LFE. For UHD discs your advice was spot on...
For streaming Atmos content like the Mandalorian I found setting crossover of front, left, surrounds and front Atmos at 120hz was needed to capture enough low frequency for the sub. Left center at 80hz. Sounds brilliant.

Left right and center is set to 80.
Oddly audyseey set one set of surround to 120 and another to 80 (i can;t recall which it set to which between surround and surround...
Thanks, that was super helpful. Set mine to 80 for front and center. Been playing with the crossover set to THX (aka off) on the sub vs 90 to 140 on the sub as the AVR is set to 120 (which audssey says is only valid setting) also set LRC speakers all to smal as recommended though concerned...

A little confused what I should set the crossover to for the towers and center in the AVR and what to set the sub too.
would you mind sharing your preferred settings you used when...
