FWIW, I am able to connect fine to my Denon home theater receiver using the front HDMI AUX 1 port. Only works with the Java driver in REW, however. Which means I am not really using the additional speakers. But at least I do get something.

I am interested in this question also, so reviving this thread. I just cannot get the ASIO driver to work at all. I am using ASIO4ALL v2. I have that selected as the ASIO Device. Output can be any of the offered 8 outputs, with NO results audible from the speakers. Input selections only...

Honestly, what I have sounds pretty good to my ears, so I am thinking that just running REW with everything "as is" may be the way to go. I spent a lot of time tweaking settings in my receiver over months to get where I am at right now, and I believe my ears are telling me that it wasn't...
