I just ordered a Panamorph for a JVC RS2100 projecting on a 144" 16:9 screen. I should get approximately a 136" 2:4:1 equivalent when using the Panamorph. I went with the 16:9 for when we want to go "super size me" for football games or the wife's Hallmark movies! I'll give an update when it all...

Monoprice cust rep just told me this morning to expect the HTP-1 in stock by the end of the month. I was going with Emo's RMC-1 but have read too much about bugs, even this year so was looking at the HTP-1. In regards to the StormAudio, is Focal's Astra AVR a "good deal" at $15k (for B-stock)...

Does anyone have any thoughts on this AVR? audioadvice.com has it for $3600, down from MSRP of $6500
