You didn't say what brand of subs you have but if you are using SVS Subs their app lets you set separate settings for movies and music and then its a simple button push to go back and forth between your music and movie settings. Perhaps you can check your subs and see if they offer something...

Yes. I have a two car garage and only one car so storage of boxes is not a problem. The packaging materials fit inside the boxes so as long as you have room for boxes you are golden.

It was very favorable but I can't quote any general percentage as they evaluate each upgrade based on your individual circumstances such as condition of exchange, where it was purchased, whether or not you have original boxes. I did not ask what they do with the old subs.

I had the original SB16 boxes and packing material. The new SB5000 subs came on a pallet so I just reused the same pallet to ship back the SB16 subs. It was a smooth process.
