EQ-s exported as text, no biquads, on DSP and on REW sampling rate is 96 kHz. If I compare EQ-s on DSP and on REW, they are exactly same, Q-s, gains and frequencies fit 100%.
I find on REW EQ is option "Measure with these filters" what make measurement with EQ filters applied to sweep signal, this give very close result with predicted response. So problem is somewhere in EQ filter text export and import to DSP or in DSP.
Is possible that REW 5.40 b 102 creats incorrect EQ filters on Generic Extended model?
Measurements with REW generated EQ in DSP did not fit with REW predicted response, difference is until 10 dB on some frequencies.
On my DSP configuration tool I did not see resulting response, I can only...
So error is in my actions. How I get real phase of delayed measurements, is removing delay (Set t=0 at IR peak and update timing offset on Impulse) enough?
I have more hard to explain measurement results
I made with DSP FIR filter to correct phase to 0 over full range but when I measure results phase is not corrected.
DSP was adding additional delay as expected, also magnitude was lowered in bass range as expected because lack of taps for FIR...
I get strange GD measurement results from speakers corrected with DSP, measured with timing reference.
On image are left and right speaker measurements with 2 different DSP what have different processing delay, this cause delay on mid frequencies.
What creates strange GD on higher than 3kHz? Is...
This was hint that helped to find the error, 3 output still did not give out the signal, after Focusrite driver update and settings reset I get it working and strange impulse delays are gone.
I probably find part of the error in my setup, Focusrite was not transfering output 3 signal to physical output on channel 2 (right) measurements.
But seems this is not the only problem. I made more measurements when output 3 was correct and still get for lot of measurement very different...
One more thing. On measurements RT60 tab T60M 1/3 line is visible and existing only for measurement on what RT60 tab was first opened on current REW session.
I get strange results with 5.40 Beta 98 and Focusrite 8i6 gen 3 on USB ASIO at 96 kHz. When I measure with 2 mics and without timing reference left and right channels (2 separate measurements with 2 mics, ouput 1 and ouput 2 signals, 8 times repeated) time difference of impulse is about 0.2 ms...
I try to replicate this in REW: https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/using-two-microphones-to-remove-room-modes-from-bass-measurements.49892/
I find already that Alignment tool can create measurement copy with inverted phase.
I find bug in REW V5.40 beta 96 (same also in beta 49).
Trace arithmetic "Invert A(or B) phase" will invert phase but amplitude will be 0 db direct line. I use Pro upgraded version but this probably have no influence.
