I was quite happy with an aging Panasonic 50" plasma until my daughter needed one in her new home. So gave the plasma to her (totally happy) and bought ourselves a Panasonic 57" something or other in the sales. A lovely tv except only 3xHDMI's.

Started watching this but didn't finish it. The original is one of my favourites and this didn't compare imho.

I don’t stream either. Have ripped my cd’s and they are stored on several hdd’s and USB pen drives. If I’m in the mood for serious listening I use cd’s in the hifi system. But mainly its background pleasure via a HDD in the pc or pen drive on the car. Music gets rotated often for the car hence...

Now that the Zappiti servers have been switched off ... no connectivity at all, I took out a 1-month trial of R_Video. there is a setting allowing the Zappiti to boot into the R_Video app. Had a few issues with the app not scraping the movies on my external drives but we're getting there. The...

Under the settings on my Zappiti, there are no boot options ... also reading into the software, there are two different versions. One for your player and a different version for mine. I suspect that the Reference player has better boot options. I've written to the R-volution people again...

I'm still unable to purchase the software ... just fails on setting a password. Thought it was my browser but it fails on Firefox, Edge and Chrome. Perhaps the App in Europe is not live yet :(
