John, I was actually asking about the Acoustic Timing Reference signal that precedes the sweep. What are it's characteristics (frequency, etc.) and does it have any user adjustable parameters? MM

I was interested in just how REW calculated Impulse-Response. As a result of a general Bing-search I found a post apparently from this forum; as I recall it had something to do with the FFT of the measurement and the sweep. Unfortunately I did not save that post, nor have I been able to find it...
