Ahhh... sampling rate. Thank you very much for pointing this out! Indeed, exporting at 96 kHz brings up the same IR as in the filter design window. So that's why "Generic" and "MiniDSP-96k" also display the same filters differently. Good to know that! I think, what can help to avoid this...
