Saw Godzilla Minus Zero last night. HIGHLY recommended. I think it will be even more impressive at home, and I for one can't wait for it!

Took my seat on opening night last night for Godzilla Minus Zero. Surprisingly, it was in one of the smaller theaters of my local Cinemark. Far from an IMAX experience, but man o' man was it a feast both in audio and video! Right from the jump you are bombarded with action and excellent surround...

Welcome Lars! I hope you find some good information and conversation here.

Welcome punchback! You are in the right place. There is a wealth of REW knowledge here, feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Welcome! Hopefully you keep us updated on your speaker build, that sounds like a pretty cool project!

This is awesome! I'm with JStewart on this one, I think I'd like the 40Hz bump. What a fun project! Thanks Mike :)

No, you posted in the correct spot. It's a tough room though, being open to your kitchen in the back. The front of the room is treated quite nicely. I noticed some treatments in the top front corners, any thought to putting full bass traps in the corners to help the low end?

Granted, I haven't looked into video walls in quite a while, but is the cost of these coming down to more attainable levels?

There is so much to see! It's going to take forever to watch it all!

I need to try both versions tonight. I was not able to test them both out yesterday. It's a cool little demo, especially since Next Level Acoustics has made it free to download for all.

Can that cause damage to the subs?

I just downloaded and watched it. I only had time to watch it once before I had to go to work (which is where I am now, hahaha). It was about a minute and a half long and I thought it was pretty cool. Tons of surround and overhead use. It definitely felt like a bubble of sound. However, did...

Sounds like it. It will be available to download next Wednesday, September 2 at their website (NextLevel Acoustics)

What a fantastic idea! Hopefully this becomes a new tradition and maybe other companies join the fun.

I'm interested to hear how this room (SR7) will compare to SR10. I'm sure they will both be incredible.
