I'm doing headphone measurements with an IEC 711 compliant coupler, using calibration files that are generic to this type of coupler. That means anyone else's measurements with a compliant rig will be comparable to my own.

There's additional compensation being done by default to make the resulting graph more comparable to things like Innerfidelity's measurements. This mostly consists of lowering the treble from 2KHz up I believe.

I've seen some headphone measurements where everyone gets a big deep dip aomewhere, and then the CSD graphs show a peak that just gets phased out somehow. Very odd. That's the most obvious place I've seen this phenomenon.
