Thank you for your quick reply.
I detail the problem in pdf file.
It is not easy to highlight. There are many parameters to consider.
I did my best to explain.

John, I notice a potential bug with "Fs sine Vrms" update when changing from "separate cal for each input" to "no separate cal for each input" and vice versa.
My configuration is 2 inputs (Pro).
If you are not aware of this problem, I could give you examples (pb only in the phases of change)...
I notice a bug in the square generator. I don't know if it is present before the new version 10.
When the generator is running, Actual frequency is shown and all is correct. But when we stop the generator, Actual frequency is maintained (and with an inconsistent value).
I notice also an error with the following sequence
Open rew
Open scope
Open generator
Square signal and « band limit square wave sample » not selectionned
Running scope and running Generator --> OK
« Band limit square wave sample » selectionned --> REW error
The bug about signal generator square wave with the option « Band limits square wave samples »is not totally fixed.
Example with the followinq sequence with generator running
1/ « Band limits square wave samples » not selectionned and Duty cycle 50% --> Output signal OK :scope observation with...
I notice a slight pb in signal generator square wave with the option « Band limits square wave samples ».
During Generator running, when « Band limits square wave samples » is not selectionned, we can change Duty Cycle in real time with immediat effect on the output signal (scope observation)...
I appreciate a lot this evolution :
Pro upgrade: RTA input level calibrate button allows calibration of the full scale input voltage for any or all of the current input channels
But, I notice a différence in behavior between RTA and Scope concerning this evolution.
Changing FS sine Preset...
I notice a slight bug or misunderstanding on my part in the Scope function with the Trigger function.
Conversions to mV or V of Level and Hysteresis are not updated when we select Trigger.
The conversion update is only effective when Level and Hysteresis are modified, which seems do not cover...
In sine generation, the RTA distortion window (Show distortion) gives the noise N as a ratio to the total input power (N/Total input power) if the Y axis units are dBc or as an absolute figure (N) for other Y axis settings.
According REW, N = noise (noise floor or level without signal) +...
REW gives the fundamental frequency in « Show distortion » button which is not easy to find for a new user.
REW has so a very powerful frequency meter function (accuracy, stability, etc.) which is not highlighted.
REW could have a “Show frequency” button which gives the frequency of the...
trobbins, sorry for my bad english. I understand welll how the square wave generator works (REW documentation is well done). I just wanted to check the frequency emitted for experimental or educational purposes and in this specific case (square wave), REW does not provide fundamental frequency...
Thank you for your comment Trobins.
Nothing is missing in REW and I have no need that REW doesn't cover.
The reason for my comment:
I recently discovered that the frequencies emitted in square signal were not strictly identical to those entered and I tried to check by measuring frequency and in...
Thank you very much for your answer.
You are right. The information are interesting (fundamental frequency and harmonic levels) but it's inconvenient to put them in "Data distortion".
In square waves generation, the Distortion Data are not displayed in RTA. Some data are interesting like the frequency of the fundamental and the harmonics levels.
In particular, fundamental frequency which could be different from the entered frequency (a frequencemeter could be also a good...
