Hi Todd, The dvdo edge green does have an hdmi audio out which I'm not using, and their newer hdmi switcher has the same thing. I currently use the optical line out to a zvox sound box (moving that to the bedroom) so hoping I can use the hdmi out to a decent amp when I upgrade. Great...
