I designed a simple filter made of two All Pass phase filters, type compensate, one 1st order one 2nd order, Q=sqrt(2)/2, 47.9Hz.
To the ears, the bass is no more tight and precised, it is smeared in the lowest region.
What is the best way to view this "ringing" issue in...
REW is a great software, accompanied by a great documentation.
Is there any plan to include support for designing phase only correction filters in future releases? Maybe with a subset of RePhase tools including the more common and timing wise safest filters ?

As a software developer, I know this is a programmer's choice. I understand the need of a unique instance when accessing the hardware, but for the pure analysis purpose I think multiple instances can be an option.

I think that multiple instances on Linux would be a great feature, given the necessity of analyzing and working with several measurements also for different configurations (e.g. sets of measurements for different speaker positioning).
