    Aha, OK, thanks. This looks a lot better: Looks like I have 2 big peaks at 45 Hz (that'll be the sub) and at 125 Hz and a small 'hill' around 380 Hz. Not as bad as could be, I guess.

    Aha, I got it from the Behringer site and the thought came to mind, I'll remove it and will try again. In other words: get a better mic? ;-)

    Hi, thanks John. I measured the SPL at 75 dB and turned up on the gain on the Motu until the low input signal message disappeared. It still wasn't clipping though. And yes, I followed all steps, so also the loopback measurement. Edit: and monitoring is off.

    Hi, I got a Behringer ECM8000 mic years ago and never used it so I thought I would take a measurement with REW in my home studio. I installed the last versions of Java and REW, I set up the mic up through a Motu M4 interface and I followed the 'How to Use Room EQ Wizard part 1' video tutorial...
