I'm quite happy with the curve except for that purple (woofer) phase drop which corresponds with a suckout at about 60Hz in the SPL graph.

Sounds to me like you're measuring the inherent electronic delay of the processor etc all of a sudden. Are you taking the first arrival impulse (usually tweeter) and aligning it to zero and then offsetting the other speakers the same amount in the impulse tab?

I'm a little concerned that when I implement EQ that their inherent delay will change all this phase timing work. Do you revisit the crossover phase graphs after equalization and re-adjust?

Here's the sub on sub phase graph. Crossovers set to Low Pass 70Hz LR24. Of course this isn't showing the crossover with the woofers but the way the subs are interacting with each other. Things get real slow down here. I delayed the rear sub 16.73 ms and had to flip it's polarity old school. I...

Cheers. Do you mean post #19? So rather than invert the woofer would I be better off putting the horn back in positive polarity and then delaying the woofer your set amount or would that maybe throw us off in a different direction?

Thanks John. Is this data from my freshest data in post #19? This info correlates with the nasty dips I have at 258Hz and 429Hz. I will have to think about how to deal with those.

Here's what is looks like with the only change being to move the woofer (offset) forward in time .25ms. Trace arithmetic shows a pretty deep notch of 28dB at xover. Phase overlay now...

OK, Here's where I'm at... I disconnected the UHF on the left horn module and have omitted the sketchy soundcard.cal for these measurements. There is no system EQ or Delay in these measurements. I've flipped the polarity on the SAM. Upper High Pass is set to 650Hz LR24 and Woofer Low Pass is...

Tried the souncard cal again just now. (related to your other comment on my system set-up thread). It froze again even at 256k setting.
